At Truck Full of Posies, we create one-of-a-kind wedding florals for couples in Florence and throughout the Oregon Coast, with an emphasis on seasonal beauty, locally grown flowers whenever available and designs that are never pulled from a stock recipe.
We also believe planning your wedding flowers should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward process that lets you explore pricing before you ever submit a formal inquiry.
Here’s exactly what happens from your first floral estimate to officially reserving your wedding date.
Step 1: Build Your Wedding Floral Estimate
Start with our Wedding Floral Cost Calculator.
Choose the floral pieces you’re considering for your wedding, from bouquets and boutonnieres to ceremony flowers, centerpieces, bud vases and statement pieces. As you build your selections, the calculator will give you an estimated investment range based on our current pricing.
Once you’re finished, email yourself a copy of your estimate.
You’ll receive your selections and estimated investment directly in your inbox, and a copy will also be sent to Truck Full of Posies along with the contact information and wedding date you provided.
This estimate is intended as a planning tool rather than a binding quote. Your final investment may change based on seasonality, flower availability, design complexity, installation requirements, venue access and your final selections.
Step 2: Complete Your Wedding Floral Questionnaire
Your estimate email will include our Wedding Floral Questionnaire.
If you’re comfortable with the estimated investment and would like to explore working with Truck Full of Posies, simply complete the questionnaire and send it back to us.
We’ll ask about your venue, guest count, wedding style, color palette, floral preferences, inspiration and how you’re feeling about the estimate you created.
You can share inspiration photos or a Pinterest board, but you absolutely do not need to know the names of specific flowers. We’re much more interested in understanding the overall feeling you want your wedding to have.
Step 3: We Review Your Wedding
Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll review your wedding date, floral needs, estimated investment and overall vision.
We’ll get back to you within 2 business days to let you know whether your date is available and whether we believe Truck Full of Posies will be a good fit for your wedding.
We intentionally do this before moving into the full proposal process. We want to make sure your expectations, investment and vision align with the way we design and work.
Step 4: Your Personalized Floral Proposal
If everything feels like a good fit, we’ll either reach out with any additional questions we need answered or begin creating your personalized wedding floral proposal.
This is where your calculator estimate becomes something much more specific.
We’ll take into consideration your venue, season, floral priorities, color palette, inspiration, installation requirements and the overall experience you want to create for your guests.
Your final proposal will outline your floral selections, services and investment specifically for your wedding.
Step 5: Secure Your Wedding Date
Ready to make it official?
To reserve Truck Full of Posies for your wedding, you’ll need to:
- Sign and return your contract
- Pay your 30% non-refundable retainer
You’ll have 7-10 days to complete these steps after receiving your contract.
Your wedding date is not officially reserved until we have received both your signed contract and retainer.
Step 6: Flexible Payments
Once you're officially booked, you can pay your remaining balance in full or make payments along the way.
Your final payment deadline will be clearly outlined in your contract, giving you flexibility while making sure everything is taken care of well before your wedding day.

We use your colors, inspiration, setting and priorities as our creative direction, then work with the best flowers available during your season to create something specifically for you.
Whenever possible, we source locally grown Oregon flowers and let the season help shape the final design.
We work with the fields, not a stock photo.
